Formyx Amplifiers (“Formyx”) values the privacy of visitors to our website and individuals whose personal information we receive through the use of form submissions and other related services. This privacy policy explains how we collect personal information on our website, and how we use and disclose that personal information. This privacy policy also describes our collection and use of personal information on behalf of our subscribers (“Clients”) who subscribe to our Formyx Newsletter and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect the following data about users: (1) information that you voluntarily submit to us (“User-Supplied Information”); and (2) technical data automatically collected from all visitors to the Formyx (Formyxamps.com) Website (described below under “Passive Data Collection”).

User-Supplied Information. We may collect user-supplied information when you choose to provide us with your Personal information via the Formyx (Formyxamps.com) Website’s Contact Form or Newsletter Form, including when you send us a direct email asking a question, submitting an order, or commenting on a product.

Passive Data Collection. Like most web-based services, we automatically receive and record information in on our server logs from your browser when you use the Formyx (Formyxamps.com) Website. What Cookies Do We Use and Why?

Session cookies allow website operators to link your actions during a browser session. A browser session starts when you open the browser window and finishes when you close the browser window.
